This section will list what falls outside the warranty, for example damage from setting it up or using it in ways our care guide and safety guidance warn against.

Making a claim
- Email us or use the contact page with your order number, a short description and photos of the problem.
- We reply with the next steps. Please don’t ship anything back until we’ve arranged it with you.
Your rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under California law, including implied warranties under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Nothing in our warranty takes those away.
