What we collect
What you give us
- Forms (contact, gym pricing, freight quotes): your name, email, phone, organization, ZIP, quantity, delivery-site details for a freight quote, and your message: whatever the form asks and you choose to fill in.
- Orders: your name, email, phone, delivery or billing address, an authorized pickup name if you give one, and what you ordered. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
What we collect automatically
- How you found us: the campaign tag on a link you followed, or the site that sent you, saved with a form or order you send.
- Site performance: anonymous page views and loading speed, without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Pickup page map: the map on our pickup page is Google Maps. It loads from Google once you start using that page, so Google receives your IP address and browser details, under Google’s privacy policy.
- Security signals: forms and checkout run a quick bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile). To stop abuse we count requests using a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, not the address itself.
How we use it
- To answer your message or quote request, and to process, prepare, deliver and support your order.
- To send emails about your order, including delays and pickup reminders.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to understand which pages and links help people.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal duties.
Who helps us
These companies handle data for us, only to provide their service:

Freight carriers get the name, phone and address needed to deliver your order. We may also share information when the law requires it.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Messages and quote requests: as long as we need to answer and follow up, then we delete your personal details.
- Orders: as long as tax and accounting law requires. On request we can remove your personal details while keeping the amounts.
- Unsubscribes: we keep only your email address, so we never email you again by mistake.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link at the bottom. Order emails keep coming while you have an order with us.
- See, correct or delete what we hold about you: email us and we’ll confirm it’s you before acting.
California rights
If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we collect and why, and ask us to correct or delete it. You also have the right to opt out of its sale or sharing, which we don’t do. We won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.

Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us details, email us and we’ll delete them.
Security
The site runs only over encrypted connections, payments run on Stripe, and only the people who handle your order or message can see it.
