This is a working draft of our policy. It’s being reviewed before online ordering opens, so details may still change. Anything that isn’t decided yet says so plainly.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this site, and we test against them every time we change it.

How the site is built

  • Keyboard: every link, button, menu and form works without a mouse, with a clearly visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Screen readers: real headings and landmarks, labelled controls, and text versions of every graphic, game-style effect and the strike map.
  • Motion: if your device asks for reduced motion, the animations stay still. Nothing flashes more than three times a second, and nothing plays sound.
  • Reading: text contrast meets AA, pages work zoomed to 400% and on narrow screens, and the mobile menu has a plain-list version for small or zoomed screens.
  • Forms: clear labels, errors listed at the top and next to each field, and nothing you typed is cleared when there’s a problem.
  • 3D view: the 3D model on the dummy page is optional, and everything it shows is also in the specs and pictures.

Known limits

  • Payment happens on Stripe’s checkout page, and forms use Cloudflare’s automatic bot check. Those parts are built by those companies.
  • If any part of ordering doesn’t work for you, contact us and we’ll help you complete your order another way.
