It’s a full body, so punches, kicks and knees all have a target, including low kicks and body shots a waist-high bag can’t take.

The strike map marks 40 target zones, each where it sits on a person, and shows them by discipline: combat sports (boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, karate and taekwondo, wrestling, judo and jiu-jitsu), team sports (football defense, line and skill positions, rugby, and hockey and lacrosse checking) and self-defense (women’s self-defense, Krav Maga, and kids and teens).
