It’s too big for parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx Ground, so there’s no parcel option. Pick your option at checkout; your ZIP decides which ones you can choose.
Free pickup
Pick it up free at our Apple Valley, CA facility. We email you when it’s ready and set a pickup time with you.
- Bring a photo ID matching the cardholder or the authorized pickup name, and your order number.
- Bring a pickup truck, van or trailer. We help you load it.

Local delivery
We plan to deliver around Apple Valley on our own truck. The delivery area and fees are coming soon. Until then, ask us for a quote with your ZIP.
Freight
Across Southern California, it ships by LTL freight on a pallet, curbside with a liftgate. The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window.
Curbside means the driver lowers it to the ground at the curb or end of your driveway. Plan to have a helper to move it inside.
Farther away, or need a dock delivery or several units? Request a freight quote and we price it for your ZIP.
Delivery prices
The delivery price you see is the whole price: crating or pallet, and the liftgate, are included. There are no extra fees added at the door.
Delivery prices are coming soon. Until then, we quote delivery for your ZIP. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Delivery day
- Make sure someone is there to sign, with a clear, level path from the truck.
- Inspect the shipment and the dummy before you sign the delivery receipt.
- Keep your ready date in mind: your order confirmation shows when it ships. If that changes, we tell you first, and you can cancel for a full refund (see our terms).
Damage
Write any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, and take photos. Found damage after unpacking? Keep the packaging, take photos and tell us right away. Our returns policy explains what happens next.
