Returns & cancellations.

It’s a big item that travels by truck, so returns work a little differently. Here’s how.

Draft, under legal review

Draft — under legal review

This is a working draft of our policy. It’s being reviewed before online ordering opens, so details may still change. Anything that isn’t decided yet says so plainly.

At a glance

  • Damaged on arrival? Note it on the delivery receipt, take photos and tell us right away.
  • We’re late? You can cancel for a full refund.
  • Changed your mind? The return window, any restocking fee and who pays return freight: coming soon.

Damaged on arrival

Freight gets handled a lot on the way, so check it before the driver leaves:

  • Inspect the shipment and the dummy before you sign.
  • Write any damage on the delivery receipt (the bill of lading), even if it looks minor, and take photos.
  • Found damage after unpacking? Keep the packaging, take photos and contact us right away.

Send us the photos and your order number. We handle the claim with the carrier and work out the fix with you.

Picking up in Apple Valley? Look it over with us before you load it.

If we’re late

If we can’t have your order ready by the date in your confirmation, we tell you before that date and you can cancel for a full refund. The full rules are in our terms.

Changed your mind

Before ordering opens, this section will set out, in plain numbers:

  • whether and until when you can cancel before your dummy is ready or shipped;
  • how many days you have to start a return after delivery or pickup;
  • what condition it must be in, including whether it can come back once it has been filled or used;
  • any restocking fee, and who pays the freight back to us.

These terms aren’t final yet. Questions now? Ask us and we’ll tell you where things stand.

How to start a return

  • Email us or use the contact page with your order number and photos if anything is damaged.
  • We reply with the next steps. Don’t send it back on your own: freight returns have to be booked.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, and we email you when we issue one. When the refund appears depends on your bank. For delays and cancellations under our terms, card refunds are made within one billing cycle.
